Questions about shipping

Q : What is the delivery area?

A : Our current delivery areas are all over Japan, the United States, Canada, France, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China. If your area is not included, please contact us via the inquiry form or email. I will prepare it so that it can be shipped to your country.

Q : How long does it take to ship

A : We will ship within 3 to 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for shipping in Japan, and within 3 to 10 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for international shipping. Please note that we cannot control the arrival date as it follows the delivery schedule of the shipping company for both domestic and international shipments.

All items shipped can be tracked by Japan Post.

Q : How much is the shipping cost

A : Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery area. Please see our shipping policy for details.

Q : For international shipments, are customs and import taxes included in the shipping charges?

A : The shipping fee does not include customs import tax. Since it will be shipped from Japan, customs duties and import taxes may occur during customs clearance. You are responsible for paying any customs duties and import taxes. Please note that refunds and redelivery will not be possible if the item is returned without paying customs duty or import tax. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

Q : What if I want to change the shipping address

A : If it is before shipment, it is possible to change it if you can contact us promptly by inquiry form or email. Please be sure to include your order number. You cannot change the address after shipping. Also, if we are unable to contact you due to an incorrect address after shipment, we will not be able to redeliver or refund your order. (For international shipping, please note that shipping may be significantly delayed if you do not enter your phone number.)

Q : Is there anything I should be aware of when using BAG?

A : Although it is made with durability in mind, please be aware that it may break if you put something heavy that is not suitable for its size or handle it roughly.

Q : Can I order custom-made products or products with different colors?

A : We are not currently accepting orders.

Q : What are the payment methods?

A : We accept VISA, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, JCB, ShopPAY, ApplePAY, GooglePay, and PayPal.

Q : Is your payment safe?

A : We use the latest security technology to protect your payment information. Credit card information is protected by SSL encrypted communication, and we comply with PCI DSS standards for payment services. So your payment is safe.

Q : Can I change my order after payment is completed?

A : You cannot change the order details after payment is completed. See Refund Policy

Questions about returns and exchanges

Q : If the product is defective, can I return or exchange it?

A : Returns and exchanges due to product defects are only accepted within 3 days after the product arrives. After completing the application, we will accept returns and exchanges. In that case, we will bear the shipping fee. See Refund Policy for details.

Q : Is it possible to return or exchange products for customer convenience?

A : We cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. (Different from what I expected, too large or too small, small scratches/dirt that are judged to be within the range of individual product differences, etc.)
